Regulating to Resist: Self-Soothing Strategies for Political Uncertainty [Storyline MOOC]
Designed and developed an interactive e-learning module in Articulate Storyline to introduce accessible self-regulation strategies grounded in DBT and Polyvagal Theory. Created a high-level design document, storyboard, and multimedia assets to deliver a three-part structure focused on context, skill-building, and reflection. Applied principles of cognitive load management, trauma-informed pedagogy, and multimedia learning to ensure clarity, accessibility, and engagement. Integrated audio narration, interactive scenarios, and reflection prompts so learners could not only understand the concepts but actively practice calming techniques and leave with practical tools for managing stress on demand.
